Career Week Wrap Up

 Thursday at Rosco the school was able to have special guests. Some firemen and State Troopers visited with every class in the school about jobs in their fields. The classes got to ask questions and they all got Jr Trooper Badges and some coloring books. Thank you to the Texas Department of Public Safety for providing all the fun stuff for the kids. The most exciting thing about the day, other than the nice cool weather, was the helicopter that was able to land outside of the school for the girls and boys to get to look. The pilots talked to the classes and answered questions as well. It was really neat to see the helicopter take off and land. The kids loved it. It was a fun week at school. All of that being said, just a reminder...none of it matters if you are not living for God. Remember this verse...Psalm 139:16 All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Today was career day at Rosco Wilson. The Idea is to dress up as something you might want to be when you grow up. My girls finally decided what they would do at about 9 last night. Not much time to get things put together but I think it worked out pretty good.

I should have warned Taylor that she would be the prettiest little girl at school today, because she did not like all the attention. Anyway, she was the star of the Ballet today!

Kaylee is a "B Girl", which if you don't already know what that is, it is a Brake Dancer Girl. She is rocking it in break dancing class too I must say!

My camera died on me while I was taking this picture, so I am surprised that it even saved on my memory card. Ashley is a Doctor. She is a very beautiful Doctor at that.

This vintage apron is so sweet. These are my favorite kinds.

I asked my mom to make me some really cute cup towels for my birthday. She does such an awesome job. Can't wait to see how cut they are.
